- Spirituality and wisdom. Happiness is not complete without peace and peace of mind. You will acquire them by studying the spiritual laws of being. By following them, you can change the world around you and change yourself.

- Music. Pick up beautiful music that will allow you to relax both soul and body. Dissolve in it every day, sing, dance. By expressing emotions through the body, you will shake off unnecessary fatigue and aggression. Better listen to classical pieces.

- Joy. Find joyful and wonderful moments in each day, start it with a smile to yourself. Look in the mirror, smile, wish all the best. Share your joy with other people and they will respond in kind.

- Gifts. Make them to your loved ones and yourself. Buy a bunch of lilies of the valley for yourself, go to a cafe. Take a balloon and release it to the skies. Try to be a little in the child's place.
