Translated from English "creative" is creativity, from Latin "creatio" - creation. In Russia, the word creativity has taken root with the light hand of advertising specialists, who understood by this term the ability to create new original ideas on the stream - slogans, sketches, scenarios, etc.

Psychologists define creativity as the ability to find non-standard, fundamentally new solutions. The individual is also obliged to the images that arise in the process of searching for the working imagination. But the difference between imagination and creativity is that the former works with images already known to man, while the latter invents something new.

In order to stimulate creativity, there are special trainings. And the enemies of creativity are criticism and the fear of being wrong. Remarks, especially brightly negative ones, can cause a stupor in a person and block any thought processes. However, it is much worse when a person himself is afraid of making a mistake. In this case, the main thing is to understand that in the process of creative search for a new solution there are no mistakes and a negative result is also a result.

Psychologists believe that initially, creativity is inherent in any person, but most people lose it in kindergarten or school. A synonym for creativity can be called ingenuity, for which Russian people are famous all over the world.

The most creative profession in the world is most likely trouble-shooter. The fees of these highly sought-after specialists run up to $ 100,000 per hour. Trouble shooters are usually used by large corporations and very rich people. It is the competence of these professionals to find a solution in a situation from which, it would seem, there is no way out.

As an example of how troublesome shooters work, a case from the life of a famous corporation that produces sneakers is often cited. Since the enterprise suffered huge losses due to the theft of the personnel working on it, a troubleshooter was invited. It turned out to be impossible to prevent theft, since the plant was built in a poor country and only local people worked there, including security guards. It was too expensive to import specialists from Europe. Trouble shooter showed wonders of creativity and proposed to release right and left sneakers in different factories located in different countries.
