Creativity manifests itself well in liberation and relaxation, i.e. on the basis of bringing the qualities of rest into activity. Of course, this does not mean that lying on the couch in a family "uniform" in a jelly state and alternately turning from side to side, as a transition into activity, will illuminate the idea of a photon engine. But the absence of stressful situations, other people's pressure, freedom of action, of course, increases the level of creativity and fosters creativity. So a positive environment is needed to start the process.

Any action, including the creative process, must be systematized, subordinated to a certain algorithm. Otherwise, unrestrained creativity, out of control, will no longer meet expectations and may even harm the creator.
Having a specific task in front of you, you need to try to approach its solution outside the box and observing the stages that are characteristic of any creative approach.

Incubation is a characteristic part of a creative approach, a temporary removal from the task, as it were, a view from the outside
Illumination is the long-awaited stage in the emergence of an intuitive solution
Verification - testing by one's own and public attitude to the result
