Everybody has dreams. However, not everyone can boast of their implementation, and many see here some kind of unfairness of fate. However, it is time for any person to remember that the main blacksmith of his destiny is himself, and therefore, in order to realize the cherished goal, it is necessary to come to grips with its implementation. An excellent method will help in this - visualization. However, it will only become effective when used correctly.

Instructions

Step 1

Clearly define the most important goal in life and find some of its material expression. This must certainly be a specific object or phenomenon that will not be too difficult to visualize. Now try to do just that - mentally draw your dream. And work on the detail thoroughly. A vague, vague picture will not help you achieve your goal, and trying to create it will be a waste of time. It is better to use all the resources of your own imagination to create in your mind the most concrete object that you yearn to get.

Step 2

Don't rely solely on the richness of your dream visions captured in your memory. If this is possible, borrow for a while from relatives or friends the necessary thing, hold it in your hands in order to remember every smallest detail, not only of its appearance, but also of your own impressions of its possession. For example, sit behind the wheel of the car that you aspire to own, carefully inspect the interior and body, remembering every element of them. Feel how obedient the steering wheel is in your hands, how the pedals flex under your feet, how soft the seats are, etc. Such details will only serve for the benefit of a correct visual representation of the object of your dreams.

Step 3

After a similar consideration of the elements of the thing that is the material embodiment of your goal, connect the memory resources to enrich the desired image with details. Imagine yourself as an artist painting a vivid, realistic image, or a sculptor sculpting the desired object from the materials at hand. Take the time to do this. The clearer the resulting picture is, the closer you will be to realizing your own goal.

Step 4

Support your mental images with something more tangible. Find, for example, images of the desired thing from different angles and place them in a prominent place that you repeatedly stumble upon during the day. For example, it can be a wall near your desktop - at home or in the office. Ideally, you should place similar pictures in several similar corners. Look often at such visualized targets and imagine how you have the objects depicted there. Let the thought penetrate into your consciousness that all this already belongs to you.

Step 5

Use as many senses as possible in visualization. Not only imagine the image of the desired thing, but also the sounds that it makes, and also literally physically feel how it is in your hands (for this, recall in detail your own impressions of how you held a similar object that belonged to someone else). Let these feelings take over you completely - so much so that your determination to achieve the desired goal increases.
