You think that you are not purposeful and decisive enough, and this prevents you from succeeding, and now try to turn the judgment upside down. Most likely, you are afraid of being successful and being in the spotlight, so you diligently develop indecision in yourself. Decide to be successful, and purposefulness will appear in you. Do the same with the rest of the character traits.

Get rid of other people's characteristics at your expense, especially if they are not true. For example, your parents have always called you lazy, and this opinion is firmly embedded in your mind. You don't notice how subconsciously you are trying to match it. Write down these qualities, discard them, and tear a piece of paper.
Step 4
Find yourself a role model who would have the qualities you want. Let it be not a familiar person, but a well-known personality and even something great. Imagine him in your situation and do as he would.

Formulate phrases for yourself like: “I want to be active. I'm already active. Repeat these magical expressions to yourself, and over time you will begin to fully comply with them.

Imagine that the desired positive character traits are already part of you, and you are doing exactly as you would like. Visualize this image several times a day, let it become familiar and familiar to you.

Character, contrary to popular belief, is formed in everyday life, and not in difficult moments. Therefore, the most difficult task for you is to form the right habits every day. Your laziness is just a habit, we can say that the muscles of working capacity are not in good shape, so you need to do several exercises daily to train them. At first it will not be comfortable, but after a couple of weeks you will notice that new habits have firmly entered your rhythm of life, and your loved ones will begin to notice how much your character has changed for the better.
