In every field of activity there are people who do little and talk a lot. They do better than their hardworking counterparts. And they do this only because from birth they are endowed with the gift of eloquence. Perhaps there is no such person who would doubt that, in addition to the ability to do something, it is important to be able to present oneself. Or sell. So the ability to express thoughts correctly is not so impractical if you think about it.
Instructions
Step 1
Enter into dialogue after carefully studying the topic. Teachers sometimes give "bad" to students who are too sophisticated in presenting the subject. They seem to say a lot of clever words, but experienced teachers see when a person does not really understand what he is talking about. If you want to beautifully express your brilliant idea, take the trouble to think over all its nuances in detail. To simplify the task, try telling an old man, a child, or a friend who is far from the topic about it. Think about the words you will use to convince each of these people.
Step 2
Use simple language. After practicing "on cats", try to transfer the simplified presentation of the topic into a dialogue with those who are interested in it. Each profession has a sea of nuances that uninitiated people do not understand. You have to talk to them almost like you would to first graders. Enter the topic from scratch, focus on what is really important, speak simply, but succinctly.
Step 3
Plan the conversation. Remember the lessons of literature and the Russian language. For some reason, the teachers insisted that it was necessary to pass not only the essay, but also the essay plan. Even if you write beautifully or speak from scratch, structuring your speech helps make it easier for others to understand. Do not be lazy to write the theses of your report, and you will be understood much better than if you decide to improvise.
Step 4
Use colorful examples and metaphors. The metaphor is not a strictly scientific explanation. Rather, it is an artistic analogy that allows you to simplify a certain complex subject of discussion in a speech. The use of metaphors is a strong point for any speaker. You can also learn from this. If you find it difficult to come up with catchy and vivid examples, study the collections of parables, fairy tales and aphorisms. Take well-known images and fit into your situation. This will help convey the practical value of your thoughts to people.
