Conflict is always unpleasant. A conflict situation can arise unexpectedly, it is often impossible to prepare for it. There are certain types of people who cannot be in a conflict situation. This state of affairs is destructive for them. A person caught in a conflict tries to break out of it. But it is better to avoid conflict than to get out of it.

Step 1

It is possible to avoid conflict in different situations in different ways. Conflict situations can be conditionally divided into two types. The first type of conflict arises in the event of a dispute over a certain thing, value, feeling. Thus, a person is involved in a conflict regardless of his desire, since he is interested in the subject of the dispute. For example, such a situation may arise during the formation of the so-called love triangle.

Step 2

In such situations, it is difficult to avoid conflict, since you are interested in resolving the dispute in your favor. Therefore, it is necessary to defuse the situation as much as possible, but, in no case, do not heat it up. Make a case for yourself. Stay confident and defend your point of view calmly. Respond calmly and unobtrusively to provocations from your opponent. When solving life situations, act in the same way, leaving your "imprint". Try to get other people on your side. Prove that you are more worthy than your opponent.

Step 3

The second type of conflict is provocation by a potential offender. A person pursuing his own goals will try to put pressure on you with his provocations. Such people subconsciously look for the reason for their actions in the mistakes of others. "I hit him because he said bad things about me." At the same time, he was silent that the reason for the "bad review" was a provocation on the part of the offender.

Step 4

To resolve such a conflict requires iron restraint. Pay no attention to provocations. Be silent once more to avoid conflict. Remember, your goal is to avoid conflict. Imagine yourself elsewhere, think good things. Do not listen to the arguments and words of the person who provokes you. You must create a situation for yourself in which there is no place for a provocateur. He is simply not near you. Avoiding conflicts does not always lead to positive results. It is better to be drawn into conflict once than trying to avoid it ten times. You will waste your time and nerves in vain.
