When the transition from winter to spring begins, you feel sick and apathetic. Perhaps this is the most difficult period for the body. However, it is not so difficult to get over it.

Don't do hard exercise in the morning; limit yourself to 10 minutes of exercise. Get some fresh air before bed.

Inspirational stuff. Create something that inspires you, paint a picture, record a song. Such simple things will charge you with a great mood and make you feel stronger.
Change mode. If it is important to follow your regime in autumn and spring, then in summer and winter it can be changed without consequences. Start going to bed 1, 5 hours earlier than usual, stick to this schedule for 6 weeks.
Productive planning. Do not plan anything major during the transition from winter to spring. You cannot do this. If this cannot be done, leave everything for 3 days, buy a lot of fruits and allow to leave all routine tasks.
