Apathy is called an indifferent, indifferent attitude towards everything around. The sensations are not the most pleasant: I do not want anything, nothing pleases, and, most importantly, it is not clear how to get rid of this feeling.
Instructions
Step 1
Try to understand what caused this condition. It is unlikely that you woke up one morning and did not want to get up from the couch. Apathy could be caused by stress, shock, a series of unpleasant events. Maybe you are very tired, and the body is trying to protect itself from increased stress.
Step 2
Try to get yourself out of this state. There is no need to prove to everyone around that you are the most cheerful and active person in the world, constantly smiling, chattering incessantly and being in five places at the same time. After such "feats" apathy can only intensify.
Step 3
Get used to your new lifestyle gradually. Plan a walk in the park, read an interesting book, watch a movie, find an activity that will impress you. Meeting friends or just people you like help also. The main thing is that the interlocutor does not cause negative emotions.
Step 4
If apathy appears because "everything is bored", start doing something new. Take a trip out of town, go to a water park, or try an unusual dish. Any positive shake-up will help you.
Step 5
Don't feel bad about yourself. If you do not want to work, do not want to rest, do not want to see anyone, this does not mean that you are a lazy egoist. Understand yourself, and life will sparkle with new colors!
