Concentration allows you to significantly increase the effectiveness of any actions performed. Just imagine that you can get the same result two or even three times faster. But for this you need to know how to improve concentration.
To improve concentration, the Eastern sages used meditation. This technique allows you to focus on your own thoughts, teach you not to be distracted by unnecessary things and will allow you to quickly achieve what you want. The easiest option is to concentrate on breathing. Your job is to focus on deep breaths. As soon as consciousness begins to lead you in the other direction, simply re-concentrate on the breath.
Apply the Pomodoro technique. Its essence lies in short-term concentration on any task followed by rest. For 25 minutes, work only on your goal, without being distracted by any external factors. Then rest for 5 minutes, completely freeing your head from work. Then start working again. After 4 of these processes, rest for 15 minutes.
Find a private place or wear headphones. As a rule, unnecessary sounds reduce concentration. If you can't work effectively from home, you can rent a separate office and work there. By increasing efficiency, you will not only cover the waste, but also get additional profit. If you're struggling to be productive in a team, headphones can be an indispensable item. Put on some music (no words) and focus on your work as much as possible.
