You need to take responsibility for how you feel about yourself, and take someone else's opinion only as information for reflection. And if you hear when another person talks about you and you disagree with this, or this information is empty and does not apply to you at all, then you can safely ignore it. After all, a person can say something out of envy or just wants to hurt you somehow, so that you feel bad.

The main thing here is to understand what you yourself think about yourself, and try to follow your convictions, trust your own opinion. Another example: if you are doing some work and as a result of the completion you see only shortcomings in it, this is fundamentally wrong, you need to try to find the maximum positive aspects in the results of your work and try to concentrate on them. After all, people with low self-esteem do not see anything good and positive at all in what they are doing, but are fixated on some even the smallest shortcomings. This is a completely wrong approach. Yes, there may be shortcomings in the work, and they are quite acceptable. But after you have identified the positive aspects, these shortcomings can be easily corrected or left as it is.

And in this way you must act in everyday life, you need to notice your successes in every little detail. For example, I woke up 15 minutes earlier and did a little exercise, then made breakfast and had a great breakfast with loved ones - all this needs to be noticed and focused on. You can also start a notebook and write down there in the evening all the good things that happened during the whole day and what happened to be done, for example, at work.

As a result, soon you will feel much better, relations with people will improve, you will begin to think of yourself as a good person who does a lot of useful things, and people appreciate it.

It is much easier to live with adequate self-esteem, sometimes it even seems that things are somehow done by themselves. Low self-esteem is a problem, but it can be solved. If you want to increase it, then you will definitely succeed. The main thing is not to give up and not despair.
