You need to expand your communication, that is, get acquainted and spend more time with useful and interesting people to you. What they should be depends on your goals and objectives. For example, it can be people who think about the meaning of their life, live every minute with sense, constantly improve.

Start surrounding yourself with people who are pursuing goals like yours and those who have already been successful in areas that attract and inspire you. In doing so, you get a new circle of friends, which will allow you to destroy old attitudes and behaviors, change your usual way of thinking, and move to a higher quality level.
