Step 1
Prevent escaping. People do not always want to directly answer questions, preferring to run away, hide and remain silent. And at the heart of any interrogation or journalistic interview is the impossibility of avoiding the conversation. The way out is to get stuck in the elevator, talk in the car while it is in traffic, close the room from the inside. But we must remember that a person can go on the offensive from flight. And so, and offend. Well, if only in words.
Step 2
Gentleness and willingness to help. A person does not want to give an answer to his question also because he is afraid of condemnation. Silence is a natural defense. You need to put yourself in his place, explain that you want to help and that people suffer from uncertainty. And from this position to ask questions. But, of course, pride and stupidity have no boundaries. And a person can resist to the last, promising to solve all the problems on their own.
Step 3
Intersperse direct questions with indirect, indirect ones so that the person relaxes and starts talking. For example, start asking about friends, about work, about things that border on the situation of the question. For example, the husband does not want to say, where is he doing 10 thousand rubles? It is worth talking about health, shopping, work, subtly capturing his assessments and words with a special emotional connotation.
Step 4
Use alternative sources of information. Friends, relatives, employees can certainly be aware of the affairs of the husband who did not bring ten thousand home. But we must remember that they can blabber, or even deliberately blabber. And then the scandal is assured. It is better to communicate with such people by asking indirect questions: "Are there any problems with the boss?", "How is he doing at work?"
Step 5
Use the services of specialists. A person who, for irrational reasons, does not want to answer a sharp question, may be on the hook with criminals. The psychological methods of handling victims are diverse. The victim may be directly forbidden to seek help from friends and relatives, or they may hint at reprisals if the situation is announced. A private detective or a police officer will identify a criminal situation and help the silent person and his family.
