If you feel that you are going to lose your temper, lose control over your emotions, or do something that you would not want, take 10-15 minutes to yourself and bring yourself back to normal.
1. Lie on your back with your hands along your body, palms up. Tilt your head back slightly, close your eyes, breathe through your nose.
2. Monitor your breathing, knowing that you are breathing through your nose. Focus completely on your breathing and don't think about anything else. Feel yourself breathing in air and breathing out another, warmer one.
3. Take a shallow breath and hold your breath for a moment. At the same time, sharply tense all the muscles for a few seconds, trying to feel the tension throughout the body. On exhalation, completely relax your whole body. Repeat 3 times.
4. Lie quietly for 2-3 minutes. Concentrate on feeling the heaviness of your body. Enjoy the pleasant feeling of relaxation.
5. Register all sounds of the environment in consciousness, but do not perceive or respond in any way. If you heard a sound, felt something - note it to yourself, but do not sharpen your attention and do not try to deepen it.
6. Stretch your legs and transmit the signal to all parts of the body. After the tension passes throughout the body, relax and even out your breathing.
7. Lie down for a few minutes, breathe evenly, without delay. Open your eyes and close your eyes again. Open your eyes again and stretch as if you woke up.
8. Sit down smoothly, without jerking, and stand up carefully. Try to remember and maintain a state of inner relaxation.
After these exercises, you will feel refreshed, full of strength and energy.
