First step. With light hand movements, massage the most tense or painful areas of the neck. Do the exercise while sitting or walking around the room for 5 minutes. If your hands get tired, shake them occasionally.

Second step. If possible, stand up and stretch your arms out in front of you. Keep your arms relaxed at the elbows and mentally imagine that your arms begin to smoothly and automatically spread in different directions without muscle effort.

If the arms begin to separate, this means that relaxation has turned on and stress reduction begins. Repeat this technique 3-4 times. If, with all your efforts, your hands do not part, then you are too "gripped". Take a few of your usual warm-up movements, a few deep breaths and exits. After that, shake your hands and repeat the separation technique again.

Third step. Spread your arms to the side in the usual way (with the help of muscle efforts) and mentally tune in to the reverse smooth movement of the arms to each other. Repeat the technique 3-4 times.

If the reception does not work, do a little warm-up as in the previous step.

Fourth step. He lowers his hands and, mentally imagine that one of them smoothly floats up. Imagine that you are in zero gravity. Connect your other hand. Raise and lower your arms gently several times. After raising your arms quite high, breathe in and out and relax. Experience a sense of lightness.
