First, you need to thoroughly grind, warm up your hands so that your fingers are not cold. After that, gently but vigorously massage your face. You should start from the bottom: run your fingers over the lower jaw, massage your cheeks, gradually rising higher. At the moment of self-massage, listen to yourself: do not try to deliberately control the movements of your fingers, close your eyes, let your hands find the right points by themselves, the stimulation of which will help you quickly relax.

When doing self-massage from tension, pay special attention to the bridge of the nose, temples, and also do not forget about the ears and the area behind them. Breathe calmly, deeply and rhythmically as you take action.
