Talk to your friends. Close people will help you to take a sober look at the problem that bothers you, will be able to explain their vision of the situation and reassure you. You cannot constantly close yourself and not let anyone into your soul. Better to speak out, share your experiences with people you trust. Perhaps this conversation will help you to cheer up.

Analyze your condition. If you understand that you cannot change your view of problems on your own and with the help of friends, go to an appointment with a psychotherapist.
