Therefore, try to keep your thoughts and hands distant from your daily activities. It can be active or passive: go hiking on a challenging route, enroll in an Irish dance school, visit a planetarium, write a play, make a tobacco chicken, etc. New impressions from the mastered business will help you forget about routine worries.

Don't give up precious weekend time to your TV. While you watch its monotonous broadcast, plans for Monday are scrolled through your head every now and then. But weekends are made for relaxation, so first lie in bed as much as you want, and then devote yourself to a weekend of entertainment: go on an excursion, spend an evening in a cafe, enjoying a performance of a small jazz band, visit a zoo, or spend time with people outside your profession.
