Step 1
First of all, decide on your priorities. Write on a piece of paper what you want to achieve in life. Set a timer on your watch for fifteen minutes, and during that time write whatever you can remember.

Cross out those goals that are inferior to others in importance. Also pay attention to those that are unrealistic to fulfill for objective reasons. Cross out until three or four goals remain. These are your main goals in your life.
