Accept help. If there is a person in your life who is ready to come to the rescue at any moment, then do not neglect him. It is not always possible to cope with crisis situations alone, perhaps right now you need outside help. And there is no need to show unjustified heroism.

Learn to wait. When there is an opportunity to wait for a pause, then this should be done. Otherwise, your hasty actions will only aggravate the situation, which could have been solved by itself without your nerves, but you just had to wait. Therefore, be able to “get out of business” for a while, but return in time, if the expectation does not solve anything and you will have to act differently.
