It is easier to cope with a problem when it is alone and there is time to solve it. But if difficulties are pouring down on your head in a continuous succession, one after another, and there is no opportunity to shift at least some of them onto someone else's shoulders, then you have to act differently.

Instructions

Step 1

Do not escalate the situation. The inner assurance "I can solve everything, but I need time for this" is much better than the statement "nothing works, I cannot grab onto everything." Therefore, a lot depends on how you perceive the situation and relate to it. If you can't think positively, then at least have a sober and real look.

Step 2

Distribute problems. No matter how difficult the situation, there are always important and urgent questions. The main thing is to correctly determine the place of each difficulty and act depending on it. After all, if distracted by the urgent, then the important will suffer. How it happens (or not) depends on the person prioritizing.

Step 3

Analyze the situation. Rather than rushing from side to side inwardly, sit down and write down the answers to the following questions:

- What is the essence of the problem and what contributed to its occurrence?

- What is the worst she can turn out to be?

- What can be done in such a situation?

- How to prevent it by choosing alternative solutions?

Answering these questions clearly, coolly and without emotion, you will understand in which direction to move on.

Step 4

Take advice. This is especially important when the situation concerns not only you. Keep in mind that people who are related to her have the right to participate in the discussion of the issue along with you. But even if the difficulties are directly with you, then a look from the outside will not be superfluous - perhaps you will hear a solution that you could not come to on your own due to excessive worries.

Step 5

Accept help. If there is a person in your life who is ready to come to the rescue at any moment, then do not neglect him. It is not always possible to cope with crisis situations alone, perhaps right now you need outside help. And there is no need to show unjustified heroism.

Step 6

Learn to wait. When there is an opportunity to wait for a pause, then this should be done. Otherwise, your hasty actions will only aggravate the situation, which could have been solved by itself without your nerves, but you just had to wait. Therefore, be able to “get out of business” for a while, but return in time, if the expectation does not solve anything and you will have to act differently.
