There are "white" and "black" stripes in everyone's life. Today you are doing well, but tomorrow anything can happen. You need to be prepared for any vicissitudes of fate. The reasons for the onset of the "black" streak in life can be external and internal. When a crisis enters a person's life, you need to fight it. But how to do that?
Instructions
Step 1
Usually, external causes are well understood by a person. When something happens that goes against the plans for the future, it is very noticeable. Such reasons can be different. Easy options - the electricity in the house was turned off while working at the computer, you were late for work due to traffic jams on the city streets. Severe options are usually associated with the loss of a job, a roof over your head, or a loved one.
Step 2
The internal causes of the crisis are expressed by fears, discontent that accumulate in a person until a certain time.
Step 3
Mild crises are usually caused by external causes and are fairly easy to resolve. You can, for example, play the situation in your mind, remember a time when you experienced an even more severe crisis, try to calm yourself down on this. If you were in a hurry to the meeting, but something still interfered with you, do not sound the alarm. Think, maybe, new opportunities will open up for you.
Step 4
Always have at least a couple of backup options in case something disrupts your plans. A rigid and straightforward life schedule is not conducive to learning about life and enjoying every day.
Step 5
Severe crises caused by external causes are more difficult to overcome. When a person's plans change radically for the worse, it destroys his life and demoralizes. Sometimes it is enough to correct plans for the future, even if they have seriously changed. But this is not always possible. If an event affects the basic values of human life, it is extremely difficult to overcome the crisis caused by it without outside help.
Step 6
Some values in life are too fragile to give them sacred value. For example, job loss is not a cause for depression. Improve yourself, learn new skills, then job loss will not be a problem for you. And if an event (for example, the death of a loved one) deprives a person of the ability to enjoy life, he needs to resort to the help of friends and acquaintances who will help to survive the loss.
Step 7
Internal crises can be no less painful. Such crises are akin to diseases. The best way to deal with them is prevention. So, in case of financial problems, keep a certain amount of money with you. Be aware of everything that you are doing so that later you do not worry about your wrong actions and do not plunge yourself into an unnecessary crisis. Engage in work or additional activities that make you realize that you are helping people. Then, if you are overwhelmed by a "black" streak, you will know that you have already managed to bring joy and great benefit to other people. And in this case, part of the future planned by you will certainly come true.
