Life is a precious gift that each person uses in his own way. Someone is wasting it, and someone has time to accomplish many good, worthy deeds. Someone is calm and cheerful, while someone is in eternal mental anguish. Throughout history, the best minds of humanity have been deciding how to relate to life.
Instructions
Step 1
Be a responsible and reasonable person. Perform your official duties conscientiously and with full dedication, do not let down those people who believe in you. Also remember that time cannot be turned back, so do not put off until tomorrow what you can do today. Set yourself a goal in life, even a modest one, and try to achieve it.
Step 2
At the same time, do not bring your responsibility to outright absurdity, fanaticism. Everything is good in moderation. People who take life too seriously, as a rule, do not get pleasure from it themselves, cause inconvenience to others. They are constantly tormented by the thought that they might make a mistake, do something wrong, be not up to par, or get into an awkward situation, so they get nervous themselves and make others nervous.
Step 3
Remember that everyone has the right to make mistakes. Even renowned geniuses were wrong. At the same time, make it a rule: to learn from mistakes in order not to admit them in the future.
Step 4
Try to do good deeds, help those who need support, participation, and disinterestedly, at the call of the soul, without expecting any payment, or even just words of gratitude. It doesn't matter if the scale of your charity is very modest, the main thing is that you did it.
Step 5
Learn to get positive emotions from the simplest, everyday things that surround you every day and hour. It is known that a smiling, positive-minded person enjoys life much more than a gloomy pessimist. If on your way of life there are difficulties, hardships, try to withstand them with dignified calmness.
Step 6
Love your loved ones. Pay special attention to raising your children. Be a kind, generous, and reasonably demanding parent. Make every effort so that your children grow up as diversified, decent people.
Step 7
Do not be tormented by reflections on death, by questions: what will be "there"? After all, from the fact that you are tormented by the unknown, absolutely nothing will change. Be glad that you are still alive, you can breathe fresh air every day, hear birds singing, admire the beautiful landscapes.
