Bullying is most common in educational institutions. Children choose a victim and humiliate her, thereby trying to hide their own shortcomings. It is very difficult, and sometimes almost impossible, to resolve the already existing situation of conflict between the student and the class. Therefore, prevention should be started already in elementary school.

An important component is the creation of a favorable psychological climate in the classroom. Parents and teachers should be involved in rallying children. Children must be able to interact with each other. Usually, such interaction is carried out through various clubs, circles, events aimed at sports, culture, and hobbies.

Psychologists and social educators should pay attention not only to problem children. Often, seemingly calm, shy children need diagnostics. The main task of the psychologist is to develop the personality of such schoolchildren, to raise their self-esteem, so that they can stand up for themselves in the future.

The next step is to conduct conversations, games and trainings aimed at non-violent conflict resolution. Students should learn to understand that it is better to find a compromise than solve problems with their fists.

The final step is corrective work with those schoolchildren who, from an early age, show themselves as an aggressor, instigator of quarrels. First of all, complex work is needed with such children, that is, the influence of the school and family. It is necessary to set the framework of unacceptable behavior for the child, but at the same time it is necessary to forget that even the most problematic child needs love and respect.
