The biological species of a person is defined as Homo sapiens - Homo sapiens. This definition implies the ability of each person to think and be aware. But this ability largely depends on the age at which the person is.

Esotericists, psychologists and philosophers, who do not often agree with each other, have come to the general opinion that the life cycle of a person, which is on average 70 years, can be divided into two main stages, and each of these stages into five cycles. each of which lasts 7 years. The first stage is the age from 0 to 35 years old, it is considered ascending in accordance with the physical condition of the person. This is the stage of youth, in which the physical and mental abilities of a person, his life potential are gradually revealed.

During this period, a person's consciousness is directed outward and the tasks that he sets for himself are associated, first of all, with his social functions. The main goals for a person during this period of development of consciousness are: education, creating a family, finding a good job, building a career, acquiring social status and ensuring material well-being. To achieve these goals requires a lot of effort, therefore, during this period, human consciousness is rather superficial, it is devoid of deep and strong inner rethinking. At the age of up to 35, a person mainly accumulates knowledge, acquires life experience, but so far taking them for granted, not yet systematizing them and avoiding deep analysis.

After 35 years and up to 70, if we take physical condition as a criterion, a descending stage begins. But for those people who know how to develop their thinking abilities, this is the time of self-awareness, determination of real life values and their attitude to what is happening around. Outwardly, a person becomes not so energetic, youthful ardor and excitement in him becomes less and less, but for a thinking person this is not the onset of old age, but the arrival of wisdom. Life gives a person a chance to direct their energies towards inner development and rethinking. This is the time to rediscover the world, looking at it with a new look, to see something that you did not notice or did not understand before.

The beginning of the second stage is associated, as a rule, with the so-called “midlife crisis”. For many, such a crisis becomes an opportunity to take stock and understand the real, true value of many material and spiritual things. This crisis provides an impetus for internal rebirth and rethinking. During this period, a great inner work of human consciousness takes place, aimed at determining its place in the surrounding world and reconsidering its attitude towards it, to reveal its inner potentials. This is the period when a person can get real pleasure, realizing his rebirth and being able to appreciate the intangible that is really important.
