"The morning is wiser than the evening". The interpretation of this old Russian proverb is that a person deliberately postpones a decision until the morning in the hope that in the morning with a fresh mind everything will be clearer and more definite. The decision will come by itself! But it’s true … I think everyone experienced the burden of making a decision. And at least once in my life, and maybe more than once, I said to myself: "I'll think about it tomorrow," like Scarlett O'Hara in "Gone with the Wind." And in the morning, as if by magic, either the problem ceased to be so acute, or the solution was found by itself, or the right people were found … A paradox? How is it, just about eight hours and the world is changing beyond recognition?

And not only the outside world …

Sleep has an important function for a person. On the one hand, the human body physically rests, the muscles relax, the heart rate and respiration rate decrease. On the other hand, in the human brain, colossal actions take place to "adjust" mental processes. In a dream, we resolve internal conflicts. For example, any conflicting feelings, as a result of which our desires were suppressed (deals with conscience), ahi-fears.

When we wake up, we do not understand why the answers to the questions of yesterday are found. In our dreams, there is not always a clear solution to the previous problem. It is resolved indirectly. The actors and the essence of the problem itself can be replaced, but as a result, "voila" and the problem is solved!

We live in a dream one third of our lives. Solving, in this way, a whole bunch of problems that cannot be solved during wakefulness. Sleep fills us with energy, both physical and mental.

Lack of sleep leads to depletion of the human body. Experiments on animals have shown that if an animal is not allowed to sleep for a certain period of time, but at the same time it is not restricted in food and water, the animal dies. The same happens to a person.

How much sleep does a person need to replenish their strength? This is individual. People have different needs for sleep. Also, this need depends on the emotional saturation of wakefulness. The more events a person experiences in a day, the longer his sleep should be. By the way, these people can note the richness of dreams during their sleep.

There is a wonderful psychological technique of self-hypnosis, which helps to charge a person with energy and vigor after sleep. Often, before falling asleep, we watch a movie called "a day lived", this happens automatically. And sometimes it is painful, since this state prevents us from falling asleep. We analyze our behavior, our words, thoughts, events. In psychology, this state is called trance. And if at this time we replace our reasoning about the past with thoughts: you will send your brain a psychological attitude to rest (now) and vigorous wakefulness (after).

And even if your problem for some "technical" reasons is not resolved during sleep, you can easily solve it in reality!
