Don't be afraid to start small. Your main task is to get your first experience, so do not chase after money - try to go on your first flight in the cadet program, for this you will just need to pass not very difficult tests. Many companies have such programs. If you have a head on your shoulders and desire, then you will have the prospects of a higher-paying job after one or two flights as a cadet.

And the most important thing: today there is nothing to do in the navy without knowledge of English. If you cannot study on your own, sign up for special courses.
