So life turns into a daily routine, into a “survival triangle” work-home-satisfaction of natural needs. This cannot go on for a long time, a person simply stops functioning. It can end in different ways, depending on temperament, age, inclinations and health conditions. Someone will embark on "all bad", someone, on the contrary, will stop leaving the house, will stop perceiving external stimuli.

Is there a way not to take things to such extremes? Sure. And the first step is to find interaction with yourself, as well as open your eyes and soul, learn to be surprised, notice what you have not seen before.

It is imperative to find at least a couple of hours a week that you can devote only to yourself, only to discover new experiences. An ordinary walk through the streets! The winners, of course, are those who live in big cities. Although they may not have the opportunity to go to the other end of the city. Well, go around your neighborhood!

It is better to choose a not quite familiar route, and every day do not just walk, but invent a certain goal. One day to look for something new in the surrounding landscape - the appearance of any settlement is constantly changing. Next time, look for something funny, the next time - beautiful, come up with names for the sights on the way, short stories about some place … There are a lot of options! Well, what to do if fate turned out to be not so generous in impressions! But the main thing is that after several such purposeful walks, you can understand that there were no impressions simply because you did not let them into your life.

Next, you need to start doing something new. Fortunately, now there are many opportunities for this - courses, master classes. It is better if it will be active activities - sports, dancing, but anything will do for a start, even something that previously did not interest you at all. It is never too late to expand the circle of your hobbies and knowledge.

The main thing is to want to break out of the "survival triangle", to satisfy sensory hunger. Allow yourself, finally, to live life to the fullest, not to withdraw into yourself.
