When we come to a new place of work, we really want to please the team, and especially the bosses. But there is nothing special in behavior, all the same rules that accompanied you at the university or at school remain.
Very often, the bosses already have their favorites and they indulge them in everything, allow them to do what, for example, you are not allowed to do. And the trump workers, in turn, are proud of this and brag about it.
What can you do to gain the authority of your superiors?
Even though your boss has a crush on someone and has a circle of favorites, you too can become part of a select community.
Always come early. Even for 5 minutes, but the very fact that you come earlier will not be ignored. The bosses will definitely pay attention to this. And no one will understand if you came half an hour earlier or two minutes. No one will appreciate your delay at work, because there is an opinion that if you stay, it means you have not worked well all day.
Always smile and be nice to everyone. Just let your smile be sincere, fake sincerity is immediately noticeable. And if you come earlier, and even meet your boss with a sincere smile and wish you a good day, consider that you have won one star of authority.
If at meetings the question of who to entrust some business is raised, everyone immediately covers up so that they do not give an extra task. But you volunteer, a couple of delayed hours are worthless, and extra praise from your superiors won't hurt.
Learn to give thanks. Always say thank you to your colleagues and, of course, your boss.
Even if the work does not bring you much pleasure, try to show that you are very passionate about the process and that you are interested in the work.
These are very simple rules, the correct implementation of which will help you gain the respect of your superiors. You can very quickly become the boss's pet and be on the favorites list.
