It is impossible to catch everything - this is a fact. But it is quite possible to catch the most important thing, that which is decisive compared to the rest. The most important thing is to prioritize correctly and not let anyone or anything distract you from your goals. Spend one hour of pure time figuring out your vector, and you will be surprised how easy it will be to follow it further.
Instructions
Step 1
Take paper and pen. Close your eyes and focus. Line up in front of you a series of images that symbolize what you want to be in five years. Exactly five years, not earlier and not later. Visualize these images and write them down.
Step 2
Write each of them on a separate sheet of paper. Write down what exactly you need to do to achieve each of the tasks. Describe each goal in detail.
Step 3
Now make a list of those goals that you would basically like to achieve now. Not as strong as the goals of the five-year perspective, but would like to anyway. Write them down on sheets and write down what you need to do in order to achieve them.
Step 4
Now write down your monthly goals list. One that repeats every month and is, in fact, a routine that you are used to doing all the time.
Step 5
Put these three lists side by side. Take it for granted that five-year goals are priority first goals, three-year goals are priority second goals, and a monthly routine are priority third goals.
Step 6
Your schedule from start to finish should serve the objectives of the first priority first, and then the rest. Remember this rule and do not deviate from it a single step.
