Do you sometimes feel like your life is chaos? Would you like to put things in order in it? This is not at all as difficult as it might seem at first glance, and I will tell you how to do it. Some things may seem trivial, but be that as it may, trivial is often true.
Instructions
Step 1
So. Stop. Just slow down a little to think about your life and what and why you are doing. Of course, if you are currently busy with a really important thing, finish it and take some time to think about your life, about its present, future and past. This is really important, because very often we plunge into the hustle and bustle of affairs, forgetting about the very meaning of our actions. A person who is slowly on the right course will come to a goal faster than someone who quickly goes wrong.
Step 2
Have you stopped? Moving on. Determine what goals in life you are pursuing. But let's immediately understand with you, all people in this world have one global goal - to be happy, or rather, to get as much happiness as possible in life and beyond. Let's take two people as an example. The first one plays computer games all day long, the second is a great altruist and helps people in third world countries. With the first, everything is clear - he plays games because he wants to, because he is happy when he plays them. The second one looks like a real altruist; he lives not for himself, but for the sake of others. But let's take a closer look at it. He helps people, why? Because he wants so, no one forces him to do it and he does not have a special need to be an altruist, but he still does what he does. He is satisfied with his need, his happiness is to feel like a kind of special member of this society. And so everywhere and everywhere. The primary goal of all people is to satisfy their needs, to get happiness from this.
Step 3
So we got it. We all have one goal - to be happy, now we need to specify goals. In fact, people become happy about something, be it buying a new thing or taking an exam at an institute. For example, you can come up with similar goals: create a happy family, lead a healthy lifestyle, get a diploma of higher education, etc. Do not be confused by the formulation of some goals - the main thing is that you understand what you want to achieve. Remember that all goals are hierarchical. Obtaining the same diploma may have sub-goals: passing an exam, practicing, etc.
Step 4
Moving on: in addition to goals, it would be nice to have a specific list of achievements that you want to accomplish. For example, in computer games, the achievement "to complete a task at a high level of difficulty" may be indicated, but you can come up with something that interests you, for example, among life achievements there may be something like a trip to Easter Island or writing a book. In general, it is somewhat useful to consider yourself as a character in the game. You are constantly "pumping" your character, why don't you start "pumping" yourself? In the game, your hero can have skills, abilities and experience, just like you, for example, can develop your skills in psychology, programming, etc. Achievements will help you realize why you are doing what you are doing now, and in old age, look through the list of what you have achieved and smile at the fact that life has not been lived in vain.
Step 5
So, we have determined that the basis of the foundations is goals and endless ramifications of subgoals. What to do next? Everything is simple and trite. Do what is more important. I'll explain now. A person has an infinite number of things to do and occupy. If a person says that he has nothing to do, he is deeply mistaken. There are always activities and an infinite number of them. The main thing here is to understand that, unfortunately, there are 24 hours in a day and you will have to select the main things and discard the less important ones. Is your goal to get rich and drive a Ferrari? This means that your top priority is activities that are profitable, such as starting your own business. Thus, in your subconscious mind you should have a kind of ribbon of affairs, sorted by the level of importance for you, which is constantly changing (after all, things can also lose and gain their importance over time). In order to somehow remember the main points and not keep everything in your head, it is very useful to write things down, take some notes, etc.
Step 6
That, in principle, is the whole basic concept of systematizing life. There are an infinite number of subtleties that you yourself can resolve for yourself, principles that are right for you, based on your aspirations. Live and win in life, because you are a winner in life. I know that for sure.
