Go to work. It is useless to waste time studying if your purpose is not clear. Then you have to relearn. A diploma will not give anything, you will have to work outside your specialty or do something you don't like.

Even if you work as a janitor, think about everything that is around. How to care for the company's machines, how to store shovels and brooms. Think about how a janitor can make a career. Write whatever comes to mind.

Analyze the records. Do this no earlier than after 6 months of work. Pay attention to the points that interest you the most. What changes could you personally make in the company? Which field of activity are you more interested in?

Choose the most interesting direction. You have the experience to make your own decision.

Find out related specialties. Visit admissions offices at different educational institutions. Ask what specific skills are being developed.

Make your final choice. Now you can learn with awareness. You will not have thoughts of dropping out of school because of difficulties in your junior years. You will see the meaning. Motivation will set you apart from the student body with no work experience.
