Instructions

Step 1

Concentration exercise

Take a white sheet of paper and draw a black circle no more than 2-3 cm in diameter in the center of the sheet. Attach the sheet of paper to the wall. In this case, the point should be at the level of your eyes when you look at it from a distance of 1-2 meters. Your task is to stare at the point motionlessly for a certain time. You can start with a 1-minute exercise.

This exercise should be done daily, increasing its duration by 1-2 minutes every 2-3 days. It is not recommended to do the exercise for more than 15 minutes.

During the exercise, you need to concentrate on the point, without being distracted by anything. You can't blink your eyes; perhaps only to raise the eyebrows. Lacrimation may be profuse, but it will stop with regular exercise. If your eyes are tired after performing, you can rinse them with cold water or make a compress. It is also advisable to perform the concentration exercise in the morning or evening, in natural light.

Step 2

Making the Concentration Exercise Harder

Now the exercise can be complicated.

- Move the sheet to the side (left / right) by 1-1.5 m. Look straight ahead. Then, without turning your head, look at the circle for 1-3 minutes. Take a short pause and repeat the exercise 5 times (also with pauses).

- Walk around the room, continuing to look at the point.

- Make some more mug sheets. Moving around the room, look from one point to another.

- Stand against the wall and quickly "run" your eyes from one point to another: in circles, zigzags, lengthwise, across, crosswise, etc. The exercise should be stopped as soon as the eyes get tired. Before that, calm your gaze by stopping it at one point.

- Stand 1m away from the circle wall. Having fixed a fixed gaze on the circle, rotate your head in different directions up and down, left and right, in a circle. (This exercise is also useful as an eye exercise.)

Step 3

Exercise with a mirror

When the ability to concentrate your gaze has been acquired, you can begin to develop a central gaze.

To do this, you need to sit in front of the mirror and look at your image - specifically, in the area of the bridge of the nose.

When you first exercise with a mirror, draw a dot on the bridge of your nose.

Start the exercise from 1-3 minutes, every 2-3 days you need to add 1-2 minutes (but no more than a minute and 15 minutes!).

At the same time, the point must be reduced from exercise to exercise, replace the bright paint with a lighter one.

Step 4

Exercises with portraits

This exercise should be done in a room with many large sized portraits or photographs of people of both genders hanging on the walls.

Sit in front of the portrait and look at it for 1 minute, looking at the bridge of the nose of the person depicted. Repeat the same with portraits of other people. At the same time, the look must be translated quickly, with lightning speed.

Step 5

Applying the Magnetic Gaze Technique to Humans

First you need to train with one of your friends. Sit your friend in front of you and look at him with a central gaze until he asks to stop.

Train by practicing the magnetic power of the gaze. At the same time, your gaze and face should maintain a natural expression, but your strength, will, desire should be reflected in the gaze.

Step 6

Stop with a glance

Aerobatics in the possession of a magnetic gaze - to stop with a gaze.

For example, you can pacify the look of an angry dog (which is not recommended if you have not developed a perfect magnetic look). By the power of your gaze, you can stop intruders or hooligans. How could Grigory Rasputin, for example, once do it?

By the way, Japanese geisha also mastered the art of magnetic gaze. After all, a true geisha was considered one who could stop a man with a glance.

To develop the perfect magnetic look, you need to constantly train. But the result is worth it, isn't it?
