We often hear the phrase: "Look into my eyes!", But we rarely think that a huge hypnotic power can lurk in the eyes. The magnetic look gives an advantage over competitors, ensures success with people of the opposite sex. But there are not many natural-born hypnotists, but many want to learn the art of hypnosis. And, indeed, the ability to hypnotize with a glance can be learned.
Instructions
Step 1
Do the gaze concentration exercise daily. In the center of the white sheet of paper, draw a dark circle, 2 cm in diameter. Attach this sheet to the wall so that the dark circle is at the level of your eyes. Move back to a distance of 1, 5-2 meters. Stare at the black point. Start with one minute, then increase the time to concentrate your gaze. The longer you do this, the better (but no more than 15 minutes).
Step 2
After you have mastered the previous exercise, make it harder for yourself. Move 1, 5 meters away from the sheet. Look straight ahead. Now, without turning your head, look at the dark point for 2 minutes. After a short pause, repeat this procedure 4 - 5 more times. Continuing to look at the circle, walk around the room. Keep your eyes on the spot for as long as you can, but again, no longer than 15 minutes.
Step 3
Do the exercise with several similar sheets. Attach some sheets to the wall. Standing opposite, quickly move your gaze from one dark circle to another: in zigzags, circles, waves, along or across.
Step 4
After you have learned to concentrate your gaze, move on to the mirror exercises. Sit in front of the mirror. Direct your gaze to your reflection, more precisely to your bridge of the nose. In order to make it easier to concentrate, at first draw a dark dot on the bridge of your nose. Start the exercise with 2-3 minutes, as you master, increase the time to 15 minutes.
Step 5
Next, try your hypnotic outlook on people. Sit your friend across from you. Look at it with your central gaze (how you looked at your reflection). Will and strength should be reflected in your gaze, and your face should maintain a natural expression.
Step 6
If you regularly do these exercises, you will be able to stop not only people, but also animals, for example, an angry dog, with only one hypnotic glance. Hypnotize people, but don't manipulate them.
