Live all the emotions that you experienced in the state of fear. How hard it was for you, scared, you might even cry. Ask yourself the question - what could that little child change? Was it possible to do this? Or did the situation happen as it should?

Remember yourself now. A strong, courageous and self-confident person. Mentally find yourself in the past situation. Could you confront the offenders? What words would you say to them? What values do you have now and not then?
3. Connect your two personalities.
Come to your inner child, thank for what is happening. Imagine how you merge with him.
