In a minute, the human brain processes thousands of thoughts. Some we reproduce ourselves, others come from outside. There is a clear relationship between thought and physical health. What thoughts to avoid and how to recognize dangerous thoughts imposed.

There is such a concept "psychosomatic illness" - this is a disease that has psychological roots, but is reflected in real organs. For example, if a person constantly has a problem on the love front, it can really develop into a problem with an organ such as the heart. There are real complaints of pain behind the sternum on the left (in the region of the heart). The most interesting thing is that such diseases cannot be treated with pills. Yes, medications relieve the condition, but the disease comes back again and again. Try to talk about your problem. It is desirable not once and in detail. By speaking, you yourself allow it.

Often, in a fit of anger, people say to each other, “I don’t want to hear you,” “I don’t want to talk to you.” Thus, they program themselves for the actual diseases of those organs, about which they spoke "in their hearts" (ears, throat). The emotional power put into these words and the depth of the emotional experience play an important role. And the stronger this force, the higher the likelihood of otitis media, tonsillitis, pharyngitis and other diseases of ENT organs.

In fact, earning a psychosomatic sore is not difficult here and now. The media by means of advertising on TV or radio have long excelled in neurolinguistic programming. Of course, the "distribution of psychosomatics" is not an end in itself, it is rather a side effect, but for whom it is easier. For advertising to "work", it is necessary to use all the human senses as much as possible. On the subconscious level, a person makes his choice, and on the conscious level, only a picture with musical accompaniment is transmitted. This musical accompaniment has a place to "stick". The "songs" used in commercials are easy to memorize and absolutely not difficult to reproduce. I think everyone at least once in his life caught himself singing an advertising slogan. In fact, this happens more often, just in the rhythm of a big city, we do not pay attention to it. Let me explain. Advertising of drugs makes a person remember the negative impact of the disease on the body, thereby immersing a person in this state. And visually, and audibly, and kinesthetically (we see the disease, we hear about the disease, we feel the disease).

Pop songs penetrate even deeper into the subconscious. A well-chosen motive, a pleasant performer, his voice seems to be hypnotizing. Songs can be created and destroyed. We program ourselves by repetitively singing excerpts of songs and, alas, not always for all good things. For example: "… I don't care if I get sick, I will be able to put the cans on myself"; “I scold myself for you every day. And the temperature in the head of a fool”; "Snow is falling. Snow goes. He hits me on the cheeks, hits me. I am very sick, fever. I stand and wait for you like a fool”; "Tu-Lu-La, Tu-Lu-La blown into my head with the wind." There are many such works, we do not always delve into their meaning. Even if such a song is overshadowed by a humorous or sarcastic character, it does not cease to be "active". The subconscious has no sense of humor, it takes everything literally. You told him that you are sick (by repetition), it is sick.
