Introspection writing is a deeply analytical activity that requires full concentration on your inner world and comprehension of past experiences. This process is a study of their current state, an assessment of professional abilities, the establishment of a cause-and-effect relationship between the events that happened. To write your analysis, you need a notebook and a pen. What questions need to be answered in order to get accurate and competent introspection?

Instructions

Step 1

Start with your childhood. Describe your very first memory. Try to understand why it is imprinted in your memory. What was it connected with? It could have been your birthday or a trip to the dentist. Write down the names of the guys you were friends with as a child. Most likely, you still communicate with someone, but you have forgotten about someone altogether. Describe in detail your parents and how you felt about them as a child. Remember your dreams and desires. Were you able to implement them?

Step 2

Assess your professional performance. Write in the column the professions you dreamed about in childhood, but on the contrary - the reasons that influenced the abandonment of these professions. Have you now chosen the job you dreamed of as a child, or have your interests changed? Analyze your field of work: are you coping with the assigned tasks? Does it give you pleasure, or is the work a burden?

Step 3

Analyze your personal life. Remember and write down in your notebook all those to whom you felt a feeling of love, who you really liked, with whom you would like to connect your rest of your life. What did they all have in common? Highlight their traits and qualities to which you are strongly drawn. Perhaps it's financial well-being, good looks, or a sexual experience. Who was responsible for the breakup, and in what relationship are you with them now? All these conclusions will help you understand where and what mistakes were made, and how you were able to maintain friendly relations.
