Step 1
To determine the reasons for your personal or professional failures, start with childhood. Remember the most striking event of that period and try to answer the question of why exactly it was imprinted in your memory. Did you have any friends? What were their names, what did they like to play? Remember your first enemy and try to understand what you did not share then. What did you want to become? Has your dream come true? If not, why not?
Step 2
Try to remember who you wanted to become at different times in your life. What did you like about these professions? At what point did you want to work where you work? What prompted you to choose this path? Think about whether you are happy with your job and the environment you are in. Soberly assess how easily and successfully you complete the tasks.
Step 3
Answer the question, what would you like to achieve in your profession. Think about how real your desire is and what you can actually achieve. Are you satisfied with this prospect?
Step 4
Remember and write down the names of people you liked. What exactly attracts you to them? Did they have any traits that you didn’t like, but that didn’t really affect your attitude? Think about who you hated or hate in this life. For what? Do you know how to compromise and collaborate with people you don't like.
Step 5
In introspection, which is written for certification, you can not write about childhood and personal life. In methodological developments, the period that needs to be analyzed is usually precisely indicated. Most often this is the time since the previous certification.
