So, for example, the qualities of a leader are necessary in order to be able to organize a team of good specialists, to be able to motivate them for success, to "infect" them with an idea. Knowledge of psychology plays an important role here, and not necessarily at a professional level. It can also be the level of everyday psychology, which is necessary both for interacting with subordinates and for understanding the desires of the consumer.

If you feel that entrepreneurship is your life's business, that you fit the description of a successful entrepreneur in all your characteristics; if you finally decided to work independently, not depend on anyone and develop the economy of your country, then the next important step for you will be an accurate understanding of the scope of future activities. First of all, decide in which area you would like to start your business. It is necessary to clearly understand how developed it is, what new things can be offered. Next, you need to think over the idea that you will sell. The future success of the enterprise largely depends on this. The newer, fresher and more unexpected an idea, the more likely it will be in demand, regardless of whether it is a product or a service. In addition to the novelty of the idea, it should also be in demand among the population group that you consider as the main consumer.

Having decided on the field of activity and the main idea that you are going to sell, you can proceed directly to drawing up a business plan. A carefully crafted business plan is the third factor in your future success. External consultants can assist in writing a business plan. Nevertheless, the main responsibility lies directly with the manager, therefore, the entire process of developing and implementing the plan is best done by the manager himself or with his direct participation.
