Often, after analyzing the past day, people catch themselves thinking that they did not manage to do anything. This is very unsettling, because you can't even find time to sleep. Why is this happening? You are definitely wasting too much time on useless things.
Instructions
Step 1
Start planning. Make three lists. In the first, write what needs to be done in a month, in the second - within a week and the third - for the current day. In addition, write a to-do list every day for the next day, so you can observe what is really important and what can wait.
Step 2
Train yourself to get up no later than 8 hours, and preferably earlier. Consider how much work a person who wakes up almost at lunchtime can do. If you get used to getting up in the morning, you will begin to feel cheerful, which means you will be ready to work.
Step 3
If you cannot decide on the choice of work, choose the one that is closer to home. So you don't have to spend hours in traffic jams.
Step 4
Go to the store once a week. This will save you a lot of time. Try to estimate how many hours it takes to select products, assess their quality and wait in line.
Step 5
Don't procrastinate or change your plans. Even if you wanted to watch a couple of episodes of your favorite TV series.
Step 6
Take time to rest. Take yourself an hour lunch break, just do not get carried away, otherwise the working day will turn into a day off.
Step 7
Keep your desk tidy. You must know what and where lies, otherwise you will need an indefinite period of time to find the right things.
Step 8
Don't throw things around, do mini-cleaning every day. It is better to clean up a little every day than to spend the whole day on it.
Step 9
Distribute responsibilities among household members. For example, if you have children, teach them how to put away toys and make their own cribs. Create a work schedule and follow it. Thus, you will have time to do your job efficiently and relax at the end of the week.
