Memories of the past are erased from memory. It is in them that the origins of phobias, fears, and depressions are hidden. And by reviving past feelings, you can easily get rid of the baggage that prevents you from enjoying life to the fullest.

Instructions

Step 1

You can resurrect the past on your own, if the psyche has not put a barrier. They are usually shielded from too difficult memories, events that caused a lot of stress. Only a professional psychologist can break through this barrier. But most of the events can be remembered on your own, the main thing is the right attitude.

Step 2

You will need to conduct the psychoanalysis session yourself. To do this, decide what period of your life you want to remember. Try to find the objects that surrounded you then. Collect them together. Prepare a notebook, a pen - you will write down all the memories and feelings that will appear during the session.

Step 3

You should be alone in the flashback session. Close doors and windows tightly so that noise does not distract you. Close the curtains. Sit comfortably on a chair or sofa. Place a small table or chair next to it - there you will place things from the past, a notebook, a pen.

Step 4

Close your eyes, relax. Feel the heaviness and warmth in your limbs. Disconnect the senses - you cannot see, you cannot hear, only consciousness works. Start moving into the past from today. You sit in an armchair, got up, prepared everything for the session, woke up, then night, you sleep … Then accelerate your memories, think about significant events that happened to you over a certain period. As you approach the desired date, try to remember the details. The more details the better. Look at the things in front of you from time to time. Write all feelings and memories in a notebook. When you realize that you cannot remember anything else, stop the session.

Step 5

The next session, work with the notebook, purposefully tune in to the events that have occurred. Relax, close your eyes, and consider each sentence you write. In the process, more and more detailed memories will come to you. Mark everything in a notebook. Thus, you can almost completely restore the event, it would seem, erased from memory forever.
