Sometimes dreams are so attractive that you want to scroll them over and over again in your head, retell them to your friends, like an interesting film. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to reproduce a wonderful plot in detail. But there are several interesting techniques to help you remember the events of magical dreams. Many argue that it is possible to train the ability to recall dreams.
Instructions
Step 1
If your dreams are always colorful and interesting, and you want to memorize them all, then you can give yourself an installation for an impeccable memory right before bedtime. Already lying in bed in the evening, mentally repeat for yourself that you can remember the whole dream, and in the morning you will retell it in detail to someone.
Step 2
When you hear the alarm ringing, try to turn it off without opening your eyes. Sink back on your pillow, think about what you dreamed at night. Most likely, you will begin to remember individual pictures, vague images and small scenes. You may even be able to return to that very dream and see the continuation of the plot.
Step 3
Getting out of bed, try not to look out the window, so that thoughts about upcoming plans for the day do not have time to displace the memory of the content of the dream.
Step 4
Get a pen and a piece of paper before you start your morning routine. Start writing down everything you can remember from your dream. Let it be at least some individual objects or small details. Do not think about the literary nature of the text, no one will evaluate you. If you only remember the emotions you experienced in a dream, describe them. Having caught the thin thread of memories, you yourself will not notice how to write down the entire plot.
Step 5
It's good if you decide to keep a whole dream diary and try to replenish it every day, even if these are just meaningless scraps of phrases. This popular technique allows you to train the ability to remember dreams.
Step 6
Very often we dream about what we thought about before going to bed. Try to remember your evening thoughts. Perhaps, in an associative way, the plot of a dream will really pop up in your mind.
Step 7
If you still did not manage to reproduce anything at all in memory, do not despair. Try giving yourself a setup for the day. Just mentally confidently repeat that during the day you will definitely be able to remember a night dream. Surprisingly, this kind of suggestion helps many. And if, for example, you dreamed of a bus, then, having seen any public transport, you associatively remember the events of the dream.
