The law of motivation. In order to better remember information, you must convince yourself that it plays a big role in your life. For example, you will get a quick promotion, winning competitions.

The law of understanding and comprehension. Trying to memorize the material without understanding it is practically useless. By understanding and comprehending the information, you will facilitate the work of your memory.
Step 6
The law of customization and installation. First, try to decide how long you need to remember the information. This will help your brain to place the memorized data correctly. Before memorizing, read the text, this will allow you to prepare for work, evaluate the complexity of the text. It is also very helpful to remember everything you remember on the matter.
