Now imagine colors in turn: red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple. Record the sensations that have arisen.

Repeat the previous exercise, presenting the colors in reverse order.

Step 8

Now bring the breath back to its normal state. Breathe in as deeply as possible and stretch your body.

Rub your palms together until they warm up and place them against your closed eyes. Imagine and feel the warmth from your hands to your eyes and face.

Step 10

Now open your eyes and take your palms away from them. Get up slowly without making any sudden movements. Your state is similar to that in which you come out of sleep, so do not burden yourself, rest for a while and do something light.

By practicing this method for a long time, you will begin to notice new pictures that are not related to your current life, but clearly related to you. Hear voices, including your own and your past environment. Most importantly, do not stop at what you started, and the memories of your past lives will visit you in this life.
