Having once experienced acceptance in relation to another person in my life, I want to experience these emotions again and again.

What is acceptance
What is acceptance

Don't try to change the other

Trying to change another person, desiring this, we do not live here and now. At such moments, we live somewhere beyond the current moment, where there is no real living person next to us, where the person close to us is not who he really is. And we will never get into this imaginary world, where it is different, the way we want it. Trying to change the other, we force our head to work, litter our thoughts with endless questions: what, how and when should I do to change him?

Live in the present

Living in the moment, we simply enjoy the presence of the other in our lives. And in the present it is not at all important for us what he is. Good or bad, comfortable or conflicted, friendly or angry, happy or sad. All of these attributes become irrelevant. In the present moment, I and my loved one - we just are. The quintessence of uniqueness.

In the present moment, here and now, our loved one is whole, he is what he has developed in his entire life and many lives before this. At another moment, he will already be a different integrity, because life goes on, a person changes, and every moment of his life brings something new into him. But he will remain the same person.

Me and the other - unique and holistic

He remains himself, remains unique. He has his own thoughts, with which we can agree or disagree. He has his own energy, with which you can come into contact and merge. He has a special sense of humor, and we can exchange jokes, understanding each other. He has his own soul, into which we can look with our soul. He has his own birthmarks, and we can compare them with ours. Or just admire them here and now.

Accept and be happy

Accepting the other, we do not struggle with anything, we do not try to change anything, give an assessment, subordinate to our will, reshape. In a state of acceptance, we have no impossible tasks. We're just watching. In a state of acceptance, we are more in touch with our loved one than ever. We see him as he is. We see him with an uncluttered, crystal clear gaze.

The state of acceptance makes us happy, fulfilled and whole, because at such moments the Universe is in contact with the Universe.
