Justice is a feeling peculiar only to a reasonable person. Animals can love, hate, care, but the sense of justice is unfamiliar to them. Moreover, it is not even available to all people. What is justice? There is simply no definite answer to this question. However, leading a team and raising children, it is impossible to do without this quality. “Treat people as you would like them to treat you” - this universal formula of justice was given by Jesus Christ. But she alone, alas, cannot exhaust this concept.

Step 1
Some people you like, others you don't. Analyzing a conflict situation, you may well be faced with the fact that the wrong side in it is just the person who is deeply sympathetic to you, and the one who is already "sitting in the liver" is right. Do not bend your soul for the sake of feelings, one of the facets of justice is objectivity.
Step 2
All people are alive and, accordingly, are subject to emotions. A rare person is able to maintain a sober mind in any situation. Postpone your decision until the moment when feelings will not prevail over you - "under the hot hand" you will most likely do something that you will later regret. A sober mind is another component of such a quality as justice.
Step 3
No two people are alike. One, as Chekhov aptly put it, "ashamed even in front of a dog", another all liquids in the world - "God's dew." If you are a teacher or leader, you need to know that the penalty or punishment should be strictly individual, based on the characteristics of this particular person. Stereotypedism is extremely harmful here. Sensitivity is something without which justice is impossible.
Step 4
Life is very diverse in its manifestations. Sometimes it may seem that it does not repeat itself at all. But years pass, and you are convinced that Ecclesiastes is right: "Everything has already happened." Justice is impossible without life experience.
Step 5
By no means try to be good to everyone, be objective. Put yourself in the other person's shoes and think about the fair decision.
