Many people try to open and feel their energy centers. After several months, they succeed. But controlling your chakras is not easy and definitely requires a lot of experience, so there is no need to rush. When successfully exercising chakra control, the benefit from them will be very large.
Instructions
Step 1
Decide which chakra you will control. It is easier to work with one chakra. But also do not forget to make time for other energy centers. If you forget about it, then an imbalance will happen. You will become more tired, there will be a reluctance to work with energy, a feeling of physical pain, depression. Therefore, it is advisable to start working with an experienced instructor. He will be able to help you avoid mistakes and harmful consequences.
Step 2
Meditate on the chakra. Before you can control the energy center, you need to feel and understand it. This is done through meditation. Meditate on a specific chakra that you want to later learn to control. Visualize the chakra as a ball of a specific color in a specific location. Muladhara is located at the base of the spine, higher in the genital area - svadishata, in the solar plexus area - manipura, in the middle of the chest - anahata. Vishuddha is in the throat, ajna is in the center of the forehead, sahasrara is at the crown of the head.
Step 3
Feel the chakra you are working on. Through long meditation, you will be able to feel it. This is due to the fact that you have filled it with your energy as a result of working on it. Now you don't have to visualize it, you will feel it. Listen to these sensations. Feel how your energy center moves, how energy emanates from it. Once you can grasp this, the chakra will be controlled by you. You will be able to control it the same way you control your arm or leg. You can direct energy out of her or into her. Knowing what feelings and abilities the chakra is responsible for, you can use it.
