The table of relations in socionics is a field of 16 by 16 cells. Socionic types are indicated in the rows and columns of the table. There are 16 socionic types in socionics, therefore the size of the table is appropriate. Inside the table, the nature of the relationship that representatives of different socionic types enter with each other is indicated.
A person with one socionic type can have only 16 types of socionic relations: 15 types of relations with representatives of other sociotypes, as well as 1 type of relations with representatives of their own type.
In socionics, it is believed that representatives of one or another socionic type have the best relations with representatives of their own socionic quadra. These relationships include:
- Dual relationships. The most favorable, from the point of view of socionics, relationships.
- Relationship Activation.
- Mirror relationships.
- Identical. Add up with representatives of their sociotype.
With the representatives of the other quadras, the bearer of a certain socionic type has the following variants of socionic relations:
- Revision relationships. From the point of view of socionics, this is one of the most unfavorable types of relationships, because they are obviously unequal. In such a relationship, one person with his strengths inevitably "presses" on the weaknesses of the other. Revision relationships are of two types: the first type is when a person enters a relationship from a strong position; the second type is when, in the same relationship, a person finds himself in a weak position.
- Order relationships. Just like the revision relationship is not equal. But in order relations, inequality is not so pronounced. Order relationships, like revision relationships, can be of two types.
- Business relationship. Not a bad option for collaboration.
- Mirage relationships.
- Superego relationships. In such a relationship, partners have a lot to learn from each other.
- Complete opposite. Not a very favorable type of relationship, because in this case, people seem to speak in different languages, they cannot find points of contact with each other.
- Quasi-identity. In these relationships, partners usually understand each other quite well.
- Conflicting relationships. In such a relationship, people are equally successful in pushing their strengths against their partner's weaknesses.
- Family relationship.
- Semi-dual relationship.
To find out the type of relationship with a partner, you need to know your sociotype, the sociotype of your partner. And then use the relationship table.
It must be remembered that the relationship between people is a complex process. A lot of factors influence whether they will develop or not. Socionic partner types are just one such factor. You should not choose a partner for life together or friendship, based on the table of relationships in socionics. In life, it happens that "good" socionic relationships disintegrate quickly and with scandals, and "bad" ones turn out to be very strong and productive.
