Start by learning three or four ways to hypnotize someone, and then work your way up the skill.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the patient in a comfortable chair in front of you so that your eyes are at a higher level than the patient's face. With your right hand, grasp the person's left hand, placing your fingers on the pulse, and place your left hand on his right shoulder. In a demanding and calm tone, ask the person to look you in the eye and relax, and then for five minutes, trying not to blink, look at the bridge of the patient's nose.
Step 2
Say calmly and distinctly the following phrases: “You feel exhausted”, “You are tempted to sleep, do not resist this desire”, “Soon you will fall asleep, but the sleep will be short-lived and beneficial for you”, “Then you will wake up and feel vigorous in your body and rush of good mood."
Step 3
After saying all four phrases, remove the hands that were on the shoulder and on the pulse of the hypnotized person, stand behind his back and tell the patient to close his eyes. Run your hand over his eyelids from top to bottom, and then wait 5 minutes and say several times: “Sleep! You are already asleep."
Step 4
You can also use a small shiny object, such as a metal ball or a mirror, to immerse a person in a state of hypnosis. Place the object in front of the person's eyes against the bridge of the nose, and then use familiar phrases that hypnotize the person. A shiny object located at forehead level will enhance the hypnotic effect, as your patient will automatically look at one point.
Step 5
In order for hypnosis to be even more effective, an appropriate atmosphere must be observed in the room - turn on soft, calm music, make the light dim and dim, give your patient the opportunity to take a comfortable position in a soft chair or on a sofa.
Step 6
The phrases with which you inspire a person that he should fall asleep, speak in a calm voice, without changing the tone or raising it, and the more measured your words, the more effective the hypnotic effect will be. Do not forget to correctly lead the person out of hypnosis with the appropriate phrase, which may be accompanied by clapping of hands.
