There are no two identical people in nature. Each has its own psychological characteristics. It is they that determine the traits of a person's character, his behavior, the degree of suggestibility. Nevertheless, there are several main psychological types, to which most of the people belong.
Instructions
Step 1
Monitor your behavior. If you do things, make decisions quickly, spend your free time actively, then most likely you are a hysteroid or hyperthymic. Both those and others have an active life position, achieve a lot with their perseverance (in the first case) and charm (in the second). If you do not see anything attractive in vigorous activity, and stability is in the first place for you, then you can refer yourself to asthenics or schizoids.
Step 2
Think about what type of activity gives you more pleasure. For example, if you like to communicate with people, always be in the spotlight and cannot imagine your life without an audience, then you are hyperthy. If at the same time you are very proud of yourself and think that no one can do this job better than you, then this is a sign of a hysteroid. It is this psychotype that is characterized by selfishness, pride and a sense of superiority over others. Quiet and calm work in one place attracts asthenics and schizoids.
Step 3
Analyze your dressing habits. Representatives of different psychotypes have their own clothing preferences. Hysteroids love flashy and bright clothes, their main goal is to stand out from the crowd. Asthenics, on the contrary, prefer to dress modestly and inconspicuously, while hyperthyms prefer fashionable and tasteful clothes. Schizoids usually wear what they like and what they feel comfortable in.
Step 4
Think about your flaws. Of course, it is difficult to objectively assess not the best traits of your character, but this will help you more accurately determine your psychotype. For example, schizoids are characterized by fear, shame and excessive self-pity, and hysterics sin with greed and pride. For hypertime, fear of making a mistake can become a problem, and asthenics are often insecure and afraid of everything new.
