Youthful maximalism is extreme and uncompromising in views and requirements, an overestimated level of claims made to everything. As a rule, it is characteristic of people of adolescence and early adolescence, while maximalism has both its advantages and obvious disadvantages.

We can say that youthful maximalism characterizes a certain approach to solving problems, the perception of the surrounding world and one's place in it. In a sense, he is close to determination and decisiveness, but he does not tolerate compromises and concessions at all. The measures and actions chosen by the maximalist are aimed at the earliest possible achievement of the desired goal.

Persons of a particular age category are subject to youthful maximalism. Young, healthy and energetic people feel the strength to fight for their ideals and goals that satisfy their needs, to argue with everyone, to put aside their point of view, which they consider, of course, the only correct one.

Youth is characterized by ardor, ardor, selfishness, lack of flexibility in thinking and relatively little life experience. Teens often hold extreme beliefs - all or nothing, black or white - not seeing or wanting to see anything in between, looking for halftones. Being in such a worldview, they believe that adults do not understand anything, live somehow wrong and tediously, and generally complicate everything.

Young people want to have everything at once, to feel unique, to protest and fight with everyone and against everyone. Youthful maximalism can really help in achieving some heights, but to stay on them, you will need some kind of endurance and intelligence, which inexperienced creatures often just lack.

So, maximalism is a good incentive to move towards cherished goals, break through in life, assert oneself, and reach heights. On the other hand, it often takes the form of shocking impudence, with which it is difficult to get along with the surrounding adults, which can provoke a number of problems.

With age, youthful maximalism usually disappears, or at least acquires blurred features. It can manifest itself in people even in adulthood, but then it looks more like unreasonable stubbornness, quarrelsomeness and unwillingness to listen to the opinions of others.

In general, youthful maximalism comes from a sincere and acute, albeit somewhat naive and ridiculous perception, not clouded by years of life, so it's still good to keep a piece of this overwhelming and feverish confidence in yourself.
